My primary image-making medium.
I love working with wood and the results I'm able to get with it. Working with natural and non toxic materials bring me closer to the world around me. The results are by their nature effortlessly powerful and graphic, as well as retaining the presence of the "artist's hand." I'e broken this section into two parts - Wood Engravings and Color prints (which include but are not limited to the traditional Japanese style of woodcut print making using watercolor pigments instead of using the more western oil based inks).
